I think it's about dieting and changing your appearance for the sake of being beautiful and accepted. People turn themselves into sexual objects because they feel it's the only way to get love but they're really only dehumanizing themselves.
The title 'Skinny Little Bitch' probably refers to a shallow anorexic/bulimic person who starves themselves. 'In today, out tonight' might describe bulimic tendencies. You eat during the day then in the evening when you're alone you induce vomiting so that you can stay thin.

"I make myself engage in mindnumbing conversation" he doesnt want to take to all the people at a show.. "I starved my self to a petite" self explanitory.. "listening to electro shit" his music which is electronic so to speak "she made the switch" comeone now he wants to be a girl same with how the also say "He made the switch" "like my tats full sleeve.." he has only black and white tattoos. two toned i believe may have to do with make-up which he so generously applies Wears a tiara made of daggars" well J.S. wears one but the line that made me believe it was bout him is "home comeing queen, ...In the top eight" he claims he is the queen of the internet, And he got his popularity from myspace, hence the line in the top eight
