Beautiful song..., its about loving a person so much that putting it in the right words would be impossible. But he/she wishes that the other person could get atleast a glimpse to how they feel and hopefully they could understand what they mean to them.
this song is absolutely amazing. to me it explains the beginning signs and feelings of falling in love but not knowing the words to explain the way he/she is feeling. maybe they're afraid to make that step.. afraid to be the first to say "i love you"
with my fingertips i trace on your bare skin all of the things id like to say but cannot speak you mean everything, they're not quite words enough, to tell you all the things that you've become for me ^this verse is absolutely amazing and gives me chills. i can definitely relate to this exact thing. you get this overwhelming feeling that you just want to share.. but you mean everything seems to simple or cliche to explain the way they are feeling. and the "all of the things i'd like to say but cannot speak" again, falling in love but maybe being afraid of actually saying it.
that's the way i took the song. i love ron pope's voice, music, emotion. and his honesty that he shares w/ the world.
Its a great song and I love Ron popes music but I have a slightly different interpretation, I think its more about being in love with a girl but he doesn't know what he needs to do to make her notice him or fall in love with him.
