Don't Be Scared Lyrics

Don't be scared to decode
I know it seems sometimes there is no hope
Don't be scared
You're not alone
Don't be scared
Please just don't be scared
Don't be scared
Don't be sad
It will be all right
This too shall pass
Just get through one more night
Don't be sad
Give us a smile
Don't be sad
Just try a while
Don't be sad
It'll be all right
Don't be sad
Just get through one more night
Don't be sad
Just give us a smile
Don't be sad
Don't be scared to feel afraid
Nightshade and bile, I am erased
The words you say
will keep you safe
And it's all the hurt
that will be erased
So don't be scared
Don't be scared
Don't be scared
And don't be sad

Sorry about the triple copyright info..

What a great song. To me songs like this one transcend mere music and take on a psychic dimension. Like it is heard and translated by a different part of the brain.

Hannah says... "Don't be scared to decode". This to me means to not be afraid to examine our fears and problems. Through this examination they will be "erased". Almost a Buddhist philosophy of looking at our negative thoughts (and fears) thus removing the paralyzing power they have held over us.
