Its seems as if he's having a battle with his past and doesnt want that way or live that way anymore and he knows he isnt the only one. By the way this whole album rocks its the best ive heard in forever. Its been a long time since i bought a cd where every song is great. ANYONE WHO READS THIS SHOULD GET THE ALBUM!
^^ I have to totally agree with the above statement. Shinedown is completely amazing :D This song is my favorite off of the new album because I can relate to it in an extremely personal way. (err, everything except the cigarette reference, since I don't smoke =P)

Yeah this song is definitely about a person who wants to forgive and forget the past because he/she wants to move on and live life to the fullest. This is a very inspirational song. It shows that even when you're at your lowest of lows that you can still escape from the shadows and move on.

This is another awesome Shinedown song that I can totally connect with right now in my life.
The sticker says its a single, so im sure it'll be on the radio sometime in the next year.
Shinedown is easily my favorite band with 10 Years coming in second. I love their songs and their style of playing music.
this is probably one of my favorite songs theyve put out. i like these types of there songs light, yet hard a little slow, but has its moments reminds me of i dare you

this song, i think, is the best song on the new album. every1 should buy it!!!!! its probably not the best song to listen to if ur depressed cuz when i hear the song it makes me think of suicide. but it s awesome anyway!!
