I've never heard this song. . . is it any good?
This song is good. I personally don't like it as much as Headphones On (maybe cause that one has a guitar solo) but her vocals are really good here. I understand it's a cover and usually covers are the best, but this is great.
This one is easily one of, if not the best song (of the four) by her. It's really sweet, simple, but still nice.
I always used to hear "some love isn't meant to be", but when you take "now that I've gone back to school" into consideration, you sorta realize that it makes more sense as "summer love".
Like the other tracks, it's targeted towards tweens (and in this case, tween romance), so it's very straightforward, easy to analyze. It's about a "summer love", and how she fears they might drift apart or not stay in contact with each other, now that the summer is over. So in this song, she pleads for him to "stay [her] baby".
