I get a sense that this song is describing the Sun as an analogy to LSD and as it "grows" or enters your bloodstream the psychedelic experience will onset and you will soon experience ego death, hence "you're gonna die". You feel the interconnectedness with humanity, losing the perception of individual identities and we all wont want to stop this from happening because it truly is an incredible experience.
