I think this is my favourite song of Jamie's. The beat is soo good. And his voice makes me melt. :-) I think I had seen a video once. Jamie was commenting on this song saying that it means that you don't need a lot of feel good to feel good/better about something. It's just that little that you need. And then you'll feel great.
