haha totally reminds me of when this guy I know went out with his best friend, dumped her right before prom, but they still went together. Then they got back together and broke up again two days later. She's still not over him.

Well. I think this song, is about A girl who, has had an on/off relationship with the vocalist, and he's tired of playing games. "consider this your last chance now it seems you're choking on each word you said to me" - saying this, i think would mean that this is the last chance he's giving her, i mean you can only give a person so many chances, am i right?
And ,He can predict every move, she'll make because she's done it so many times before. ---> "nothing's gonna change."
Also. -"you're wasting time" - Here, i bring back that he knows what she's going to say, so she's wasting her time.
