this is the classic breakup song. a boy did something wrong to a girl (cheating perhaps "loathe her") and they broke it off. but the girl still has feelings for the boy. she doesnt want to let go but feels it might be the best to do that. in her mind whatever the boy did was horrible unforgiveable and he needs to suffer. and shes trying to cover her feelings for the boy up.
