personally i think Jag is amazing and i love A Skylit Drive with him in the band. i have absolutely nothing against Jonny because he's also amazing but i think ASD is better off with Jag, his vocal range is beyond this world and he just simply sounds great with the band

whatever. I'm posting my opinions when I heard this song because I always over look things and make songs fit my life and then I understand them and they help me.
I think this song is about you and people like you living life, and helping people, and you follow the light... the good of the world....

One, I am all about people having their own opinion about songs, music, ect... Be it people think this is about FF or something else, let them have their own opinion. I also think that people can have their own opinion about Jonny and Jag. Honestly, I think they are both great. Lyrically and vocally. I think Jonny did amazing things in Dance Gavin Dance, A Skylit Drive, now Emerosa and Isles and Glaciers. He is just pure awesome. I also think Jag is great. He brings a lot to ASD. Losing Jonny sucked but he has done great things everywhere else. Jag, has done great things for ASD and I think he suits the band just fine. I've talked to him after shows and I think he is a great guy. ASD wouldn't be nearly as awesome without him. Probably the best move for ASD with Jonny moving on.
This song, like all the other songs on the album, is based off of Final Fantasy. Knights of the Round was a summon-materia... the strongest in the game... in Final Fantasy 7, so I'm guessing that's what inspired the lyrics, since they destroyed any enemy easily.

The reason people say it's about final Fantasy is because THE BAND THEMSELVES SAID IT!!!! On the DVD for Wires. Jag flat out says "Most of the songs are about final fantasy". So there. :P
Ehem... for starters, a little band history. jordan blake was the original vocalist, who left and his spot was taken by a temp vocalist for live performances ONLY. Then after not to long after jordan left jag joined up with them. Im not to sure the temp's name, but i know he did no recording. So i only hope you guys are talking about the temp and not jordan. oh and by the way Jordan is better than Jag, no offense towards jag.
I honestly believe this song is about getting hi and listening to pink floyd, just because Jag said so after a concert.
The youtube video from the Ottobar way back when Jonny was subbing in was INSANE. Much better with him, then Jag.
