I Think This Song Means A Guy Trying To Fix A Broken Up Relationship
I disagree. I think Jesse likes a girl, but she's damaged from her last relationship and scared to fall for anyone again. He's telling her to let down her guard and just let herself fall again cause he's not like the other guys and he'll be there.
