i think this song is sbout someone who is stuck in a relationship with someone who obviousy doesnt love them back. they keep taking this person back but only to be hurt once again and this time they're not going to let them hurt them again & are ready to fight back at the person thats been hurting them. not sure if its right just how i see it :] awsome band im going to see them live hopefully soon!!!

AHA Its not about that, Well not if you actually think. Its probably about a relationship that broke up and have had so many arguments that now they have led to this. The person who is singing it was a wreck by the looks of it and wasnt ready for the break up hense "love was lost years before (?) This time I'm ready for your war"

Its my close favourite to Atlantis to Interzone. It sounds a bit different to the other songs, I love it :D I think its about getting damaged in a relationship loads of times. His skin has thickened though and he wont take anymore shit from her.. "I should have seen this years before but now I'm ready for your war"
As far as i can see, this is about fighting an oppressive force. The First bit is about him being "beaten" down by them, obviously wounded, but not going to give up against, say, a dictatorial government. Then its just "If you want war with me, then bring on beef". If you wanna fight me, bring it on. "You tried to rip me, but i don't tear and i dont care" This bit is just about how they tried it before, and it worked. But what didn't kill him made him stronger, and he is now ready for war with the oppressive force. I could go on for each section, but i don't have time. Its pretty obvious though, most of it. Just because he says "loved" and "Parents", doesn't mean its about love and relationships.
Love the song though.
