Saints of Los Angeles Lyrics

Tonight there's gonna be a fight
So if you need a place to go
Got a two room slum, a mattress and a gun
And the cops don't ever show
So come right in, 'cause everybody sins
Welcome to the scene of the crime
You want it? Believe it? We've got it if you need it
The devil is a friend of mine

If you think it's crazy, you've ain't seen a thing
Just wait until we're going down in flames

Chorus:
We are, we are the saints, we signed our lives away
Doesn't matter what you think
We're gonna do it anyway
We are, we are the saints, one day you will confess
And pray to the saints of Los Angeles

Redline, tripping on a land mine
Sipping at 'The Troubadour'
Girls passed out naked in the back lounge
Everybody's gonna score
She's all jacked up, she's down on her luck
You want it? You need it? The devil's gonna feed it

Don't you say it's crazy, you don't know a thing
Just wait until we're going down in flames

(Chorus)

(Guitar solo)

Give it up, give it up
Give it up, give it up
Give it up, give it up
Give it up, give it up
GIVE IT UP, GIVE IT UP!

(Chorus x2)

This Song is talking about the life of Motley Crue. The life of Rockstars growing up in Los Angeles. Pretty much, sex, drugs, and Rock & Roll. :]

I've heard a lot of adrenaline-lined, fist-pumping, chair-kicking, bottle-smashing songs, but never has any one of them even measured up to the badassery of this song. >:)

It's all in The Dirt too. The Dirt is about all of Motley, whereas the Heroin Diaries is Nikki. Either way, great song! Old school Crue!!

What Can I say BESIDES this song should be called THE GODS OF LAS ANGELES. I am so stoked about this album. These Guys are NEVER disappointing!

the guest stars in the Gang Vocal version (I dont know if theres another but why call it the Gang Vocal version for nothing?!) are Jacoby Shaddix of Papa Roach, Chris Brown of Trapt and Josh Todd of Buckcherry.

I dont think I need to explain my thoughts on this song when Kiersti123 put it so plainly and perfectly.

Long Live The Crüe!
