The Chamber Lyrics
Leave yourself alone
Leave yourself alone
Leave yourself alone
Can't you see you're only here to be torn apart
Based upon a nothingness
So leave yourself alone,
Leave yourself alone.
Tell your wasted time
Tell your wasted time
Tell your wasted time that I am worse
And I would waste it all
Given the chance I owe apologies
So tell your wasted time
(time)
Tell your wasted time
(time)
It's torture
locked inside the chamber
Cornered by yourself
Cornered by yourself
Cornered by yourself
You must admit that you are the instigator,
Hanging onto arguments
Cornered by yourself
Cornered by yourself
It's torture
Locked inside the chamber
Lost inside the chamber
Locked inside the chamber
Leave yourself alone
Leave yourself alone
Based upon a nothingness
So leave yourself alone,
Leave yourself alone.
Tell your wasted time
Tell your wasted time that I am worse
And I would waste it all
Given the chance I owe apologies
So tell your wasted time
(time)
Tell your wasted time
(time)
locked inside the chamber
Cornered by yourself
Cornered by yourself
You must admit that you are the instigator,
Hanging onto arguments
Cornered by yourself
Cornered by yourself
Locked inside the chamber
Lost inside the chamber
Locked inside the chamber

Only one comment?! neway, I think its about regret after making a hard decision. the chamber is a metaphor for your mind. The song is basically saying don't second guess your decision because if you do, it will be torture going against yourself, locked inside the chamber of your mind. Also this song reminds me a lot of If you were there, beware by the arctic monkeys in that it has a fast beat that changes into an eerie tone.
i think this song is about someone that got involved in an arguement and feels as if he is locked inside it and can't get out
Because the boys have stated the album is a relationship from start to finish, one can assume this song reflects the mental pain and anguish one goes through in a rocky relationship, and one step in getting over a relationship is to get out of all the bad thoughts that run through your own head, since rejection, betrayal, infidelity or whatever is ending a relationship brings up endless insecurities and what ifs - that drives us nuts, puts the ache in heartbreak, and delays the process of not only healing but seeing a relationship for what it really is.
