very under rated song. it's not as hardcore as BYD can be, but i like it.
i think this song is about someone who works harder than everyone else and doesn't get recognized for it.
I agree, this song is very underrated, much like the band and the whole metal-core scene/genre. I was fortunate enough to speak to Myke, the lead singer of BYD at their t-shirt stand off to the side of the second stage at Music of a Weapon IV in State College. I told him that Fever Dream is one of my favorites, hardcore or not the melody is incredible. I asked him what he wrote it about and he said it was about being depressed. The term "fever dream" is an analogy that attempts to relate everyday life to a fever...

this song is a of my many favorite songs by BYD,this is one of my favorite bands of all time!! seen them twice they put on a badass show
