i think she's saying that the autumn pretty much just brought her so much pain that she's ready for winter no matter what comes with it. she just wants to know where she belongs, and she's looking for answers even though she's getting impatient trying to find them. she just wants an end to the pain she's experiencing, that's the way i see it at least.
This season is so troubled that I'll take my chances for better days in winter.
