I didn't think so at first, but now thinking over certain things like what em22feb said, it does seem sort of suicidal--certain details just fit.

Also, I read that lead singer Erik Mattiasson tried to commit suicide. I'm not sure when he made the attempt, as in before or after he wrote this song, but either way it makes sense for him to write a song about suicide. If it's after, then it could be about what he was thinking when he tried, and if it was before then it could be about what he was thinking it would be like, or like a justification.

Whatever the song means, it's really beautiful with interesting creepy undertones. I love Melpo Mene.

I think this is one of the cutest songs I've ever heard. Seriously. It's not much to analyze: he had this girl, things got boring, he thinks things would work out better if they were together now.

And I love the flute solos.

I love this song I heard it on the car commercial and loved it To me its about him remembering a girl he used to love and he's not with her anymore but just thinking about her makes him happy

I also heard the song in a volvo commercial and fell n love with it. Iv'e been heaing people say its about suicide, but i dont think so. I just think is a cute lttle love song.

this song makes me cry because it reminds me about this boy i used to know...

its about being in love of course, a love that feels like a daydream. but the singer and his love get separated for no particular reason, and he thinks (hopes) that he and his love could reunite in the future.

what i love about this song is that i think it sounds like the singer acknowledges that their reunion is also just a daydream, a fantasy. but he loves her and can barely stand the idea he won't find her again...contemplating suicide.

i heard this song a few weeks ago and i love it. it makes me cry everytime.

this song to me is about a love he had a long time ago and it didn't work out, but he still loves her just the same. he wants to see if it can work out, but she doesn't know where she is because they've taken two different paths in life and have lost touch.

thinking about her gives him hope.

It made me really sad to find that this song could possibly be talking about Suicide because when I first heard it, it made me really happy because I assumed it was a song about someone who loves someone a lot and absolutely adores them.

Of course, I guess I should have listened a little closer. I still don't know the meaning but I hope it's what I originally thought it was!
