i'm not entirely sure what she means by this song. it could be that she's tired of the posers that say whatever they can to get her. or it could be that she's tired of whiny guys who're smitten with her and fantasize about her.

She's involved with a guy who's playing mind games-- flirting with other girls to make her jealous, sending mixed signals, generally being immature and pathetic. She hasn't given up on him quite yet, but she's frustrated and annoyed and she's telling him to put up or shut up.
Great song. I don't really get the AEIOU part, though.
she says that the 'aeiou' was just a filler and that the song is actually about 'a man's gibberish', ie saying things he doesn't mean.
