if you look at it with worth the wait, he is the problem because he crowds her maybe or just wants to see her all the time and its drowning her so its not that he is the problem its that she isnt around enough and he has finally had enough and is taking the blame to stop the relationship because they just don't work!

amazing song, one of my favorites cuz honestly i do feel like im the problem and this song just helps me think about everything when things get messy
i dont think that he is the bad person, i think in the relationship he usually gets blamed and therefore he sings that sarcastically that he is to blame, but in fact, she is.
this is seriously one of my favorite songs ever. listening to it can immediately change my entire mood. it gets stuck in my head for hours. i really have no idea why.
i don't necessarily think it's about a love relationship as much as a relationship with a lot of different people in your life. its just like at every corner there is another person expecting a part of you, pulling at you, until you believe that they would all be better off without you.
