Corner Office Bedroom Lyrics
Tendency
Population
Dependency
Truth from vision
In the highest of rooms
In the tallest of buildings
I said I'm comfortably
On an uncomfortable seat
And the corner office is not my home
Because the city and the people
All make me feel alone
And the corner office is not my home
And the corner office is not my home
Yeah, the corner office is not my home
Population
Dependency
Truth from vision
In the tallest of buildings
I said I'm comfortably
On an uncomfortable seat
And the corner office is not my home
Because the city and the people
All make me feel alone
And the corner office is not my home
Yeah, the corner office is not my home

it's "i sit uncomfortably" this is such a good song, i have no idea what it's about. maybe when he went to LA for his record deal/recording? "highest room of the tallest building" who knows. still brilliant.
this song is sooooooooooo cute! i love it soooo much! and i love how in his cd Texas he uses the beats and catchy melodies! ahhh
i think this song is about how he doesn't want to be stuck in a tight-spaced office like everyone who turns old and has to find a job!
Ha, I know these are 2 totally different bands but this song reminds me of "For The Workforce, Drowning" by Thursday.
Well the phrase "Corner Office" refers to a place where a high ranking employee would get his office so, I think along with literally saying he doesn't want a normal desk job he also saying that he doesn't want power or to have to decide peoples fates. This uncomfortable seat where he sits uncomfortable might be relating to an instance where he had to judge someone and everyone around him disagreed with his decision, "and the people, all make me feel alone."
I think the lines "The corner office is not my home" is his way of saying he's not going to judge.
