Strong Enough Lyrics

Welcome to the days of wariness
Where I'm feeling an echo inside my chest
I've a heart beating patiently along
Waiting for the other half of its song
It's song

[Chorus:]
No, it's not enough
Don't touch my hand and call it love
If you can't hold it tight tonight
If you're not strong enough

And times have told the ways things come to light
Realizing a lack in your will to fight
Despite words crying inconsistencies
As you fall uneasily
To your knees

[Chorus]

I'm not blind to what you're doing here
Make me feel like I'm special, but my dear
I have seen through a weakness in your eyes
You don't know it but you're telling me lies

You will soon wake to see
There is no heart in anything you say to me
Thought we'd found a harmony
A perfect match of melodies
But if you listen closely now
I've been singing all alone

[Chorus]

i dont know why no one has commented on this song!!!! it's frickin' amazing! i think it's about how, when you're in a relationship and you really love that person, and that person tells you they do to, but their actions contradict that."Despite words crying inconsistencies"

And they don't have a passion for the relationship, they're not trying to progres with it, it's not a priority.- "Realizing a lack in your will to fight"

And the last part ,"There is no heart in anything you say to me Thought we'd found a harmony A perfect match of melodies But if you listen closely now I've been singing all alone" is about how, she thought they were going to go hrough it all together "Thought we'd found a harmony A perfect match of melodies" but it turns out he wasnt trying (singing) and that she was sing by herself, (the only one trying to make it work.
