This song is about how she was a ghost, an empty shell before he came into her life, now he has passed away but she can still hear him calling out to her when she's alone at night. All she wants is to be back in his arms and sometimes she feels as though she will be joining him again soon and in a way, she is looking forward to it. Because she'll be reunited with the love of her life once again and there will be no more sadness, no more battles to fight (hardships) in this life.
