anyways. i love this song. "i was praying to leave" gives me goosebumps and i love the thought of "this disaster in me." i think we can all relate to the emotion of this song. so fierce.

This song its about war. WW2 maybe He was told in the military that he will be closer to god because of the honor. To die in the unholy mass probably refers to a battle looking for freedom. And the bird of paradise are definitely (definitely) the air force passing by thats why they laughed but on the side gave the men hope so the´ll be cold and tired but they will survive.
