i reckon this song is about them going on tour and him missing his gf .. but it's also written so that loads of people can relate so it can also be about unrequited love or missing someone just genereally.. damn, i phrased that badly but you get the point =)=)
It's certainly about a long distance relationship of some kind and he sings about how he can wait forever but in truth he's finding it really hard to cope but it's worth it just so that in time he can see his girlfriend/wife again.

This song is great, its amazing what Simple Plan have become. Tediously emo but still awesome. Guitar solo sounds really solitude for the song as well.
