I don't have much of a thought on the entire song, but the line "I can see blue in the sky when it's raining" brings the idea of seeing the good when everything seems bad or rough, light at the end of the tunnel sorta thing. And the couples dancing in the rain and kissing in the streets is sort of the same thing, it's raining which brings about a gloomy atmosphere, but they're taking advantage of it and making it something beautiful. Deffinitely one of my favorite songs by Joe.
I love this song. It's one of my favorites by him. Joe Purdy is a genius. All of his songs are amazing. I like this song when i'm feeling depressed. It makes me much happier.
