Such a fun song! My take: Miley has a crush on this guy, and she likes him so much that whenever she sees him she just acts like a complete fool. So she can't wait to see him again, not only because she thinks this guy is just great, but so hopefully she can redeem herself. Ha. who hasn't acted like an idiot around someone we liked? SO rocking.
