I believe this song is about culture and how people ridicule what is not familiar to them. The part about "He doesn't shoot smack" is talking about how the pumpkins don't understand why this guy is abusing their beliefs. Say I'm looking too far into it, but Ween themselves have even said there is a deep meaning behind the HIV Song. They've said it is about how people think of AIDS as something trivial they don't need to worry about.
I’ve never done LSA, ‘Morning Glory’ seeds, but I’ve done LSD a good number of times and I’ve tried shrooms as well. I could see this song being a representation of a bad trip with just how disorienting and confusing it is, or honestly it could’ve just been some stupid, crazy story they came up with while they were tripping.
