It's pretty obvious. This song is about a start of a relationship. Figures of speech used such as "I'm floating 'round the warmest sun", "Every step, boy you and I Brings on a morning All heavenly" and "I'm looking at the bluest skies I'm feeling fine" are all meant to describe the height of feeling when relationship is still fresh that you just want to indulge in it.
