this is such a beautiful song. sad, but beautiful.
The chorus is very prtetty but i don't know what it means, unless, its talking about watching an old movie on like a projector, and the film did not go round. i dont know what strings he's talking about. Unless he means guitar or something.
everything else in this song i think i understand pretty well. i don't think it's meant to be a sad song, more of a life and love song. growing old with the person you're in love with. Eventually you die, and although it might not to be at the very same second as the person you love, they will be waiting for you.
This song is about a girl he was madly inlove with, leaving for good. It truly is depressing being left by the ones you love.
