So he's basically saying that religion is holding him down and he doesn't want to be molded by everyone else,that hes sick of hearing what everyone is saying he has to be free of religion and form his own ideas. But I don't know about the parts where he write about dieing the tumors etc. Like god will be the death of him as himself and he will be a robot?
