Love and Rage Lyrics

Love, love and rage
Soon be the day
They sang as they swayed in the pews
Sang with love, love and rage
Soon be the day as they joined up to pray

Think of the power of song
And the history it brings along
And i can almost see sights
Of some hot Southern nights
Through blood rain tears will shine
Every night and by day

With love, love and rage
Soon be the day
They sang as they swayed in the pews
Sang with love, love and rage
Soon be the day as they joined up to pray

I'm hearin' some old singer sing
A song that out tale-tellers bring
It has been sung
Through cracked jaws, swollen tongues
In the land of the freed
Where they sang freedom rings

With love, love and rage
Soon be the day
They sang as they swayed in the pews
Sang with love, love and rage
Soon be the day as they joined up to pray

So now that I see where I am
I see race still determines
The bless from the damned
And the greatest of all historical shams
Is believing you cannot do something you can

So it's love, love and rage
Soon be the day
They sang as they swayed in the pews
Sang with love, love and rage
Soon be the day as they joined up to pray

And it's love, love and rage
Soon be the day
They sang as they swayed in the pews
Love, love and rage
Soon be the day as they joined up to pray

Cover art for Love and Rage lyrics by Mischief Brew

Could ANYONE help create some guitar tabs for this song. After scouring the internet in the long hours of many many many mornings, I have concluded that no tabs exist on any plane of existence or any parallel universe. It would be much appreciated :)

Hey, I know this was almost a year ago, but in case you never found tabs/chords, I encourage you to check out the Plan-It-X message boards, specifically the "tabs! tabs! tabs!" board. There's a Mischief Brew thread where someone posted the chords with the intro tabbed out. Also, another user posted a link to their songbook somewhere in the thread, which has a ton of other Mischief Brew (and other bands') songs in it. Hope this helps, and good luck learning it if you haven't already :]
