Okay so I think this song is about possibly a long distance relationship because he is saying that wherever someone goes or how far they are from each other he will always love her.

yes, i agree with the first. this could be a long-distance relationship, but it could also be that the significant other has gone on vacation or has had to briefly go somewhere else and he is sad because he has to be apart from her for even a minute.
