It's a metaphor for the way the British government raped the "virgin" country of India. They bit hard, backed by both Muslim and Hindu extremists, but not too hard, because Britain tyranny remained. Many little fights, resulting in much bloodshed. India was indeed delicate like a flower. They were so done up the butt.

"I won't bite (Not that hard)" -- comparing his anus to a mouth "All I want is your big fat seed" -- wants your semen to be squired into his anus "Let's do it in the butt, okay" -- aka let's do anal sex
Combined with the tone of the song which is generally sexual, I believe that these lines make it clear the song must be about driving down the old hershey highway.

I think that this song speaks to the existential angst of a young man trying his best to fit into the current times. The "in the butt" imagery being largely a metaphor for the world's insistence of "being up one's ass", his struggle in the song is to reconcile the fact that the world's winners are those who welcome and are able to leverage the world being up their ass. His desire to re-create himself in the mode of a "butt giver" while slyly hinting that this gives him power to be a "butt receiver" makes all the difference. I applaud his metamorphosis and look forward to seeing his continuing evolution as someone who continues to ask the poignant question ""You wanna do it in my butt, in my butt?
