I'm not very sure..but I was watching JBTV with raygun on it, and they said it was about a girl who worked at a beer facotry. (they were joking..i think)

From the lyrics it sounds like it's cold outside and he's had a shitty day thanks to his gf, work, friends, etc. but at the end of the day he walks into the bar/beer factory and there is the lady behind the bar who doesn't judge him and gives him what he loves, beer.
