I love this song, sheer for the fact that it shows Bella's struggle with her feelings; she wants to become like Edward because she loves him, yet, she faces the worry of what she will be like as a newborn.
It just captures her struggle so well.
According to Mitch Hansen's site, this song is about Bella wondering if she wants to turn into a vampire, due to Bree.
