The meaning should be fairly obvious. I kinda find her apparent assumption that all slim girls diet annoying, (she also doesn't like fruit apparently, which, as a die-hard fruit-lover, I don't get) but aside from that, this is a very fun song. And even if it's not healthy I personally would rather eat what I want and live a short life than deprive myself and live a long life.
(Although eating what you want is not inherently unhealthy. But if it were, so what?)
