Fix what’s wrong, but don’t rewrite what the artist wrote. Stick to the official released version — album booklet, label site, verified lyric video, etc. If you’re guessing, pause and double-check.
Respect the structure
Songs have rhythm. Pages do too. Leave line breaks where they belong. Don’t smash things together or add extra empty space just for looks.
Punctuation counts (but vibe-editing doesn’t)
Correct typos? Yes. Re-punctuating a whole verse because it ‘looks better’? Probably not. Keep capitalization and punctuation close to the official source.
Don’t mix versions
If you’re editing the explicit version, keep it explicit. If it’s the clean version, keep it clean. No mashups.
Let the lyrics be lyrics
This isn’t the place for interpretations, memories, stories, or trivia — that’s what comments are for. Keep metadata, translations, and bracketed stage directions out unless they’re officially part of the song.
Edit lightly
If two lines are wrong… fix the two lines. No need to bulldoze the whole page. Think ‘surgical,’ not ‘remix.’
When in doubt, ask the crowd
Not sure what they’re singing in that fuzzy bridge? Drop a question in the comments and let the music nerds swarm. Someone always knows.
pretty cool for an interlude hehe. i think AVA could have and perhaps should have just made this into a song rather than making it a short 45 second interlude.
i dont think it would of made a very good song since its basically a reworked version of The War... just like Stars of Bthlehem (the intro) is made up of parts from Valkryie Missle and even The Adventure. Just listen closely enough, you'll hear it.
Tom referances back to some of the WDNTW stuff a few times on this album. I think its cool, makes the albums feel connected
I find it weird this song lasts exactly 44 seconds. The song is also titled Jumping Rooftops which is basically what (+44)'s Cliff Diving is about (according to Mark in an interview). Could this little interlude be Tom trying to communicate with Mark to basically say "Yeah, we had some fun times as kids but it's time to move on".
Yeah Netram I thought about that 44 seconds thing too. and the title jumping rooftops. the only box car racer song that mark was a part of was elevator which was about jumping off a rooftop to die. so yeah maybe he was trying to communicate with mark. i definitely thought that too. and this song comes right before rite of spring which involves blink somewhat.

The acoustic songs are in this order:
The Gift
It Hurts (Live not acoustic)
Good Day
Everythings Magic
The Adventure
All of those listed above are acoustic Except for It Hurts, which is live and is REALLY loud.
