I wish I could figure out the last chant. My version is “For the Last Time, I Lost the Battle’. Now to figure out the chant in the middle of the song. Growing up in LA in the 70’s, I am pretty sure that I hear ‘Don Blue in the Morning’ which would be followed by the 95 KLOS jingle.
