it's about ending a relationship. the other person is telling him not to wait up because the person will just bring him down. i'm surprised not many people are commenting on these songs. trampoline is a nice album. one day i will know just how great it is once i get past the same four songs i've been listening to on repeat.
Personally, I think it's about someone leaving their boyfriend/girlfriend because they don't feel as if they're good enough for that person. The lyrics are actually sad, although the music is kind of lively. I saw these guys in concert, and they were really awesome, I wasn't even at the concert for them, and it was a really nice surprise. I just remember them doing this song, and no one in the audience really knew them, but everyone liked them anyway.
same here. i saw them at a starting line concert, and when i got home, i realized they were the people who sang "i fell wierd" which i had on my free drive thu records cd. anyways, there an amazing band, and i actually think i enjoyed them more live.
