He's talking about himself and seeing the mistakes he has made, but realizing everyone else is making the same mistakes as him. So, he wants to be a better person in his life then what he is now.

He will proceed with his change and will not regret his decision.

"This place I now call home is nothing more than a fallacy. Nothing more than a fallacy."

Fallacy- is a component of an argument which, being demonstrably flawed in its logic or form, renders the argument invalid in whole.

This part is confusing. Maybe, the lyricist turned straight edge but realizes even straight edge has it's flaws that he doesn't approve of or he is talking about the world in general.

Pretty much the ending is explanatory. You are in deep shit if you keep doing the same mistakes as everyone else in this world.

I agree with Diamond lights. alot of people peg hardcore lyrics (and metal lryics in general) as being about evil and satan or whatever. but the fact of the matter is, is that if you actually listen to the lyrics and the meaning behind them, you'd find out that its the farthest thing from the truth.

most of them are about how evil consumes people and how those people need to change. and thats what i believe this song is about. but not just our generation. the human race in general.

"you've got a one way ticket to hell, with open arms to damnation" is the song in a nutshell, and its extremely true. it means what it says, if you've got your arms open to damnation, (if you live a bad life) then there's only one place your gonna go.

Great song, and obviously it means he's sick of this generation. And he just wants to change this world into a better a place, explaining the "Bring forth sincerity, bring forth the change." The sad thing is this song is so fucking true. WE NEED A FUCKING CHANGE. anyways,

Modestcory, the whole "metal lyrics are evil and satanic" of course spawns from extreme metal forms, Death and Black Metal (as well as Doom, Blackened Death, and the others). Especially BLACK. That's ALL they talk about. Death can go either way.

But yea, badass song. I've been into BOO for a while now. The human race sucks. All the bad ones, just go kill yourselves. :D

If any of you that are trying to explain this song had listened to the demo, you would know that this song is about Obama. On the demo the intro starts with a recording of Barrack Obama saying, "I'm Barrack Obama, and I aprove this message." This song is what B.O.O. believes will happen due to Obama's presidency.
