I take the "all shit" to be "horse shit". And goeataclam - 4/4 timing is very common in music and indeed this song is in 4/4.
Guess not every number has a meaning.
Anyway, does this song have four-four timing or something with the drumming or something? I really don't know much about that but it'd go along with number four quite well.
