this songs about std's... it actually is. the guy picks up a chick in a bar, and says that the jokes on him cuz hes got the "dirty south plague"(std's) now, he calls the std a "pet monster"

your all fucking stupid right at the start of the song it says "meth recipies cooking" its talking about meth the souther states is the dirty south. and the states in general is haveing problems with meth.
