    Thanks simplyradical for adding this :) I think this song might be about breaking up... " There's so many things that I could say, but this "goodbye" tonight makes tomorrow look so good." Maybe its better they break up? "I don't care where we go from here, but I am on my own." He's on his own now. And maybe he doesn't want anyone to change his decision about it... "Leave me alone I made this decision"

    I think this song might be about breaking up also, but maybe he's the one that thinks it should end, and not the other person/girl. "I tried so hard to take away every smile, every dream, in your heart." Maybe he tried to hurt her, or make her realize that he's not 'the one'. "Leave me alone, I made this decision..." and "I'll paint a picture, so you can see exactly what I mean, when I scream my lungs out and try to get to you." She may still think they are perfect together but he doesn't. She just can't or won't let it go. "This goodbye tonight, makes tomorrow look so good..." He's happy that he is single, and starting fresh.

    hmm i think he's leaving. and his choices and stuff cause pain to whoever he's talking to. he's just trying to show the other his reasons behind these decisions. and finally he's given up "i dont care" because he's leaving that person. it could be breaking up, but it could also be with like a mother or father trying to figure out their son's decisions and hm just trying to reach them until he gives up.
