this song is what i feel right now. im on the precipice of my 26th birthday tomorrow and just lost my best friend and gf to petty indifferences. im hopeful that we can reconcile our love and live our lives out as we have both wanted to for so long.
this is the song that explains what i feel when jenny and i fight. no matter how much we say things that are hurtful or mean, at the end of the fight, i always want her to leave the light on for me, bc i want to run to her and make things right. nothing but love itself can cause a man to feel this way and therein, i find evidence and proof that my love for her is real.
