Take 5, D. Lyrics
Hope we can rely on you not to use shower
You’re not keeping the tub caulked
Caused both downstairs ceilings and walls to be soggy
Tub has to be properly caulked prior to any showering
Walls are drenched
Both roofer and plumber here
Had to pay for two service calls
Water drips from all around
Cathy’s ceiling, my ceiling
Don’t use shower
Don’t use shower
You’re not keeping the tub caulked
Caused both downstairs ceilings and walls to be soggy
Tub has to be properly caulked prior to any showering
Walls are drenched
Both roofer and plumber here
Had to pay for two service calls
Water drips from all around
Cathy’s ceiling, my ceiling
Don’t use shower
Don’t use shower

The lyrics were originally gonna be more abstract like most of Watt's lyrics, but D. said he thought they were "too spacey." Watt agreed to rewrite the song and said "There ain't nothing going to be more real." He then used a note from his friennd's landlady nearly word for word.
Pretty self explanatory. But from what I understand, Watt took these lyrics nearly verbatim from a landlady's note on his door. I guess his tub wasn't caulked right and the mess described above was the consequences.
