Close to the Front Lyrics
Only paid attention in your lessons
I sat close to the front so I could see
Your enthusiastic demonstrations
Teaching to a class of only me
And I couldn't speak directly to you
Without stuttering or turning red
Looking back I don't know how I handled it
I sat close to the front so I could see
Your enthusiastic demonstrations
Teaching to a class of only me
And I couldn't speak directly to you
Without stuttering or turning red
Looking back I don't know how I handled it

I've heard the whole song and it is basically it talks about how Amy really likes this guy, but her friend starts dating the guy. So, Amy does her best to mess up the relationship. She felt like since she liked the guy first, she had a reason to feel sad and get revenge on her best friend. When her friend breaks up with the guy, Amy seizes the opportunity to get with the guy on New Year's Eve. Judging from the third verse it seems that they argue a lot, but they enjoy it. She starts to ask herself shouldnt she be more wiser or learn her lesson and i guess stop attracting men like this, but she says she tends to learn as much as she forgets, and I'm guessing she forgets a lot.
The third verse, I interpreted to the best of my ability and I put in a request to get the rest of the lyrics for his song.
