Cheap words falling out of your teeth
Rolling off your tongue, like candy
He heard, she heard, you heard me once
I won't say it again, now we're just friendly
With a love gone sour, I lost my appetite
There's no more flavour, and talking sweet now
won't fix it somehow
Don't casanova me,
I'm over you
It's over obviously
Don't put your sugar on me
It's too late to sweeten this baby
hey Casanova, it's over
Cheap words like these will rot your teeth
With all the sicky sweet nothings
Your speech is good enough to eat
But it won't fill me up when I am lonely
Rolling off your tongue, like candy
He heard, she heard, you heard me once
I won't say it again, now we're just friendly
There's no more flavour, and talking sweet now
won't fix it somehow
I'm over you
It's over obviously
Don't put your sugar on me
It's too late to sweeten this baby
hey Casanova, it's over
With all the sicky sweet nothings
Your speech is good enough to eat
But it won't fill me up when I am lonely

I can't believe no one's commented on this song! It's pretty straight forward, but I love all the references to eating/food/sweetness, I think this song is adorable and spiteful. =]
the whole thing is one big amazing metaphor. it makes candy sound really unappealing... but that's just the power of her words i guess. lol
casanova? isn't that like a primiscuous man? if so that pretty much explains the song. she is tired of a "player" and is done with all his bullshit-sweet talking
i also love the piano throughout this song. makes it seem more bitter sweet. [oh gosh, more candy]
i used to love this but then she took it off of her myspace and now i can't even remember what it sounds like >_
omg sorry, that last comment was supposed to go on a Kate Nash song!!! SORRY PEOPLE, XD
This song just has a Candy sound, like you have no choice but to love it. She's tired of the player, yeah his words lured her in but now that she has a brain back she understands that "It wont feel me up, when I am lonley." All his words are like candy, theyre sweet. But all that candy wont fill her up, they'll only make her sick.
Not lonely as is the woman in the song, but the rest is perfect. Tired of the excuses; the lies; the broken promises; etc. When one is supposedly fearful, he's alone...not with someone month after month. Time for bed...and time to put him to bed for good.

actually i kind of like how bitchy and stupid this girl is, she doesn't understand a word that he's saying and it makes the song funnier :P
