this song has nothing to do with any type of political agenda. this seems to me as a dedication, so to speak, of the classic book "The Most Dangerous Game". If you really want to get it you'll have to read the book, go ahead BOOKS ARE GOOD FOR YOU!

I'm pretty sure its like an allegory though. I'm just unsure of what it would be refering to exacly. I suppose though, that you can apply it to many, many things, you can even take it literally. I really like this song though. It has an awesome sound. =]

The beginning of the song really reminds me of a story I read back in high school, I don't remember the exact name but it was about a hunter who was supposedly the greatest hunter in the world. He got bored with hunting animals because they became too easy for him to hunt so he hunted a human, I don't remember how the story ends though.

I also think it can relate to lord of the flies(good Book) or the most dangerous game which culd b what frostbite is refering to, and it ends with the pray killing the predator. but does anybody know the name of that movie with gary busey and ice-t where a group of hunters pay a homeless man to b their guide but then end up hunting him.

This song could refer to a number of things, but it seems someone wishes them death. Whoever this may be has a guilty conscience and cannot get over it, possibly to the point of insanity or loss of control due to "cheers to your demise" after "My death is on your conscience and it's eating at you mind". You could actually relate this to Lord of the Flies when Jack's group hunted Ralph's; killing Piggy, torturing Samneric, and hunting Ralph until the naval officer arrived.. Jack's group were the hunters to begin with.. and they feasted on the sow they had killed... actually thinking about that it could also refer to Simon's death.. The boys had been having a feast when he came out of the forest and they thought he was the beast - killing him. This was on their consciences... but then the "knee deep inside the hunter's mind mud under these fingernails he'll see my breath if i exhale" can refer directly to Ralph being hunted.. So to take these all as symbols; death no matter who it is committed by is on your conscience, liberals will always be hunted by conservatives and the slightest action will trigger notice, and people are savages at heart and will take joy in death (the guilt comes after the deed they commit). This guilt will ultimately lead to their demise through self insanity or through others seeing them as so.
