I think it's about a guy who's in love with this girl, but she's started to change who she is. She's also got something on him, so he feels betrayed, and doesn't want to love her anymore. he just doesn't like the way things are, and wants to take his heart and heal, to start over, not loving her.

I'm not sure, but it's what I got out of it.
