This song makes my cry every time I hear it.
It seems so obvious it was written about his feelings as his mother was going through treatment for breast cancer.
To me, it just fits in my life right now, and in the current times. When I read about all the horrible things going on in the world, such as the bombings in the Gaza strip, I think of this song. For all the personal events and issues I'm trying to deal with, I know there will be beauty again in my life -- I am trying to find it.
